Yes. That is very true. But we also....kind of started a war back in Ellis and then just sort of left. So Bartolomeo can't really afford to stay away from the city for too much longer.
As for the enemies, they are probably in Ellis as well, so he can look for them just as well.
And he goes want to find out what happened with the Primate, but it's not a hugely important goal for him. It would be great to have that prestige, but not at the cost of the Otter's.
